About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our healthcare communications team and provide strategic guidance on complex medical projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical content across various therapeutic areas, including neurology, diabetes, oncology, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies for a range of therapeutic areas, with a focus on neurology, diabetes, oncology, and other specialties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create medically sound, compliant, and engaging healthcare communications.
  • Review and approve promotional and educational materials to ensure scientific accuracy and adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Provide scientific direction for the creation of promotional, educational, and digital content across therapeutic areas.
  • Act as a key medical advisor to clients, offering expertise across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, explaining complex scientific concepts in accessible, strategic ways.
Requirements
  • MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare advertising, medical communications, or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Broad clinical expertise, especially in neurology, diabetes, oncology, and other therapeutic areas.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex scientific information and communicate it effectively to a range of audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (FDA, EMA).
