Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

At Imperial Hospitality Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and software
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and data analysis
