About the Role
As a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant at Talan, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative technical solutions for our clients. You'll leverage your expertise to configure, test, and document scenarios within the F&O platform, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their unique business needs and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
- Lead client workshops to define project requirements and guide them through the implementation process.
- Design and develop efficient solutions that adhere to modern principles and best practices within the Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Occasionally contribute to presale activities by presenting our capabilities and expertise to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with multiple AX/D365 implementations, specifically within Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
- A strong understanding of Manufacturing or WMS modules is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and adapt to various company methodologies.
- Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills to effectively assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- F&O certifications are a significant asset.
