About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Poirier Hyundai. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our vehicles are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate various cleaning machines and equipment to clean the interior and exterior of vehicles.
  • Clean Vehicles: Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Vacuum and Clean Floors: Vacuum and clean the floors of vehicles, including carpets and rugs.
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate: Possess a valid WHMIS certificate to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Have experience operating various cleaning equipment, including carpet cleaning machines, chemical cleaning equipment, polishing machines, pressure cleaners, and waxing machines.
  • Cleaning Experience: Possess experience cleaning various surfaces, including carpets, rugs, buses, automobiles, and trucks.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Possess a valid driver's license to ensure safe transportation of vehicles.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Be able to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent client focus, reliability, and teamwork skills.
