Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Maintenance department, driving performance in operational reliability and associated KPIs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to sites, and support engineering projects across Western Canada.
- Champion quality, cost, service, and safety performance for the Western Canada Supply Chain.
- Develop and coach Managers, Supply Chain Leaders, and Team Members to solve operational issues and achieve performance outcomes.
- Execute effective change management to drive business performance while minimizing people impacts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or similar.
- Technical and leadership experience in lieu of education may be considered.
- 7-10+ years experience leading in a Manufacturing environment.
- Unwavering commitment to performance and achievement of exceptional business results.
- Project management skills including business development, compensation, continuous improvement decision making, employee benefits, group leadership, and interpersonal skill leadership.
