Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Quesada Burritos And Tacos. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Operate dishwashers, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, including taking orders and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
