Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Taco Time, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment:

Taco Time is a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
