Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team. As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components for our clients in various sectors such as transportation, vehicle electrification, recreational vehicles, heavy machinery, consumer goods, and high technology.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and laying out 2D and 3D models on various CAD software;
- Designing all types of parts and mechanical systems;
- Supervising the smooth running of projects under your responsibility and informing the project manager and team lead of any delays or potential problems;
- Validating the quality of work delivered by the team;
- Working with a multidisciplinary team of passionate experts;
- Supporting clients in their product development.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A DEC in mechanical engineering;
- A strong background in mechanical design (5-10 years);
- Proficiency in CAD software (Catia V5, Solidworks, Solidedge, Inventor Creo/Pro E);
- Knowledge of geometric tolerancing and functional rating (GD&T, ASME Y);
- Excellent communication skills in French;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients.
