Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team. As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and systems for our clients in various industries, including transportation, motorsports, aerospace, technology, defense, and energy.
Key Responsibilities- Design and layout 2D and 3D models on various CAD software for clients in various sectors.
- Design all types of parts (CAD) and mechanical systems.
- Supervise the smooth running of projects under your responsibility and inform the project manager and team leader of any delays or potential problems.
- Validate the quality of work delivered by the team.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team of passionate experts.
- Hold a DEC in mechanical engineering.
- Have a strong background in mechanical design (between 5 to 10 years).
- Be passionate about design, mechanics, and technical challenges.
- Be proficient in CAD software (Catia V5, Solidworks, Solidedge, Inventor Creo/Pro E).
- Know geometric tolerancing and functional rating (GD&T, ASME Y14.5 2009).
- Have excellent communication skills in French.
