As a Senior Claims Specialist in ADR, your primary responsibility will be to manage disputes related to Ontario Accident Benefit files.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accident Benefits claims with a comprehensive understanding of SABs
- Proficient in LAT processes and Accident Benefits claims management
- Exhibit proactive file management and exceptional analytical abilities
- Collaborate with the Accident Benefits department for reserving and disposition strategies
- Promote change and continuous enhancement within the Accident Benefits/ADR sector
- Provide guidance and mentorship on technical competencies
