  • Assist in Maintaining Store Operations
    • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to maintain holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
    • Effectively supervise Sales Associates during their shifts, addressing potential issues in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Support Sales Team Performance
    • Complete orders for store and office supplies in accordance with guidelines and operating budgets.
    • Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
    • Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure all available products are merchandised on the shop floor, meeting loss prevention targets.
    • Assist in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation, adhering to store guidelines.
