About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Polson Place, a resident-centered facility in Vernon, B.C. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to support the functional independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans and promote optimal health outcomes
  • Provide education and support to residents and their caregivers to enhance their understanding of health conditions and treatment options
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies to address complex needs
