Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a community rehabilitation or support worker role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
