Nurse Aide

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at 8788995 Canada Inc. as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide physical support to patients with mobility issues, such as transferring, lifting, and positioning.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding patients who require assistance.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including making beds and keeping patient rooms tidy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in patient care planning and implement care strategies to meet individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
