Accor is seeking talented individuals to join our Inspire Leadership Development Program, a 12 to 18-month program designed to develop the next generation of hospitality leaders.
Program OverviewThe Inspire Program offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience in the food and beverage industry. As a participant, you will rotate through various departments, develop your expertise, and work closely with a mentor and peer ambassador.
Key Program Features- Customized program outline with rotation and specialization opportunities

- Property project to showcase your skills and innovative attributes
- Ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure your success
- Leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
- Development of your skills and expertise
- Networking opportunities with Accor colleagues
- Opportunity to make a difference through Accor's Corporate Social Responsibility activities
- Minimum 1-year cumulative experience in hospitality or customer-service oriented environment
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or business (asset)
- Desire to advance your hospitality career
- Excellent communication skills in English (and other languages as applicable)
- Full-time employees will be eligible to join the benefit plan, including extended medical, dental, and life insurance
