About the Inspire Leadership Development Program

The Inspire Leadership Development Program is a 12-18 month program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry. The program provides participants with a comprehensive learning experience that includes rotations, specializations, and networking opportunities.

Program Features

  • Rotation: Participants will rotate through various departments across the property to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's operations.
  • Specialization: Participants will specialize in a specific division and work in three departments with specific focuses.
  • Peer Ambassador: Participants will be assigned a peer ambassador who will help them settle into their role and provide guidance and support.
  • Mentor: Participants will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and feedback throughout the program.
  • Networking Opportunities: Participants will have the opportunity to connect with other participants and Accor employees through networking events and digital platforms.
  • Property Project: Participants will have the opportunity to work on a property project that will allow them to showcase their skills and innovative attributes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participants will receive ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their goals and developing their skills.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly to ensure memorable moments for our guests.
  • Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year cumulative experience in hospitality or a customer-service oriented environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Business is an asset.
  • Desire to advance your hospitality career with strong ability, engagement, and motivation.
  • Agile and works well in fast-paced environments, willing to learn and commit to a role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
