Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Northstar Janitorial Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed and provide guidance on best practices.
- Recommend additional services required to maintain facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
The Cleaning Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
