Job Title: Field Health and Safety Representative

WSP is seeking a field-based Health & Safety Officer to oversee day-to-day health and safety during the execution of environmental remediation projects in the northern Province and Territories of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee health and safety protocols during project execution
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices
  • Develop and implement health and safety training programs for project teams
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in environmental remediation or a related field

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
