Key Responsibilities

  • Design menus and forecast food requirements
  • Order kitchen supplies and food items
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Prepare special meals as directed by dietitians or chefs
  • Train staff in food preparation and safety practices
  • Manage supply orders and kitchen equipment
  • Oversee kitchen staff and their activities
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Provide guidance on menu selections
  • Address customer feedback and concerns
  • Train staff on job responsibilities and sanitation protocols
  • Supervise food preparation and portioning activities
  • Oversee tray assembly and food delivery
  • Conduct staff training sessions
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Develop budgets and cost estimates
  • Maintain inventory records and monitor waste
