About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Care Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are processed and issued accurately and efficiently.
  • Achieve sales and retention goals and targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in all our Personal Lines and Auto products through continuous education and learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-year Personal Insurance experience.
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required.
  • Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives.
  • Industry designation would be considered an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma).
