Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including checking in guests, handling customer complaints, and maintaining the cleanliness of the motel.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient operation of the motel.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the motel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions:
  • Standing for extended periods.
