Job Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales, particularly in steel or construction materials
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide estimates or quotes for prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare sales contracts and other necessary documentation
  • Interpret blueprints to ascertain dimensions and material requirements
  • Conduct sales transactions efficiently
  • Utilize sales forecasting software for effective planning
  • Offer insights into product design to meet client specifications
  • Address and resolve product and service-related issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Supervision

No supervisory responsibilities are required for this role.
