About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Superintendents to join our team at Jardeg-Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing projects from the earliest stages of their life cycle. Your expertise in civil infrastructure, deep foundations, structural steel, and concrete will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in preconstruction services, including site logistics, project scheduling, and design review.
  • Lead site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, and field cost control.
  • Determine construction methods, materials quantities, equipment, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate work with different crafts, company departments, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor site safety programs and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Take an active role in hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
  • Assist with project meetings and claim resolution.

Requirements:

  • Varying years of experience, with a minimum of 2-6 years in a supervisor capacity role.
  • Proficiency in civil infrastructure, deep foundations, structural steel, and concrete.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 25M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
