About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McMe Foods. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service quality.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales and inventory data.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Flexible and able to work in a team environment.
