Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Manitoba Ltd (O/A Shell Canada). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice on products and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers, process sales, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain sales records, prepare merchandise for display, and assist with inventory control.
  • Visual Displays: Assist with visual display design and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
