Job Overview

The Flats Eatery + Drink is seeking a dedicated Bartender to enhance our vibrant bar experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Preparation: Organize and present the bar area to create appealing displays.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure all glassware is washed and sanitized.
  • Food Service: Serve snacks and food items to patrons.
  • Wine Expertise: Offer guidance on wine selections to customers.
  • Drink Recommendations: Provide suggestions for drink choices based on customer preferences.
  • Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions for beverage sales.
  • Inventory Management: Store and manage beverage and food products efficiently.
  • Stock Ordering: Order bar supplies and maintain inventory control.
  • Drink Preparation: Create mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Order Taking: Receive beverage orders from serving staff or directly from customers.
