About Our Bar Team

At Specklebelly's, we are looking for an exceptional Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer system.
    • Serve food and snacks to customers.
    • Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff as needed.
    • Provide recommendations to customers on drink selections.
    • Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions.
    • Operate the cash register accurately.
    • Store and maintain inventory of beverages and food products.
    • Order and manage bar stock, including ingredients and supplies.
    • Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, draft beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Requirements:
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
    • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
