Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the Prime Brokerage division, articulating business requirements and project specifications to the development team.
- Formulate project scopes and change management strategies; lead or engage in change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, evaluation, and ongoing initiative support.
