We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Framer to join our team at KeoCan Industries. The successful candidate will have a strong background in framing and finishing carpentry, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in the construction of buildings and other structures, including framing, finishing, and installing fixtures and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of buildings and the materials required.
- Measure and mark wood and other materials to ensure accurate cuts and installations.
- Operate power tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and sanders, to perform various tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Own transportation is a must, and public transportation is available.
- English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- 35 to 45 hours per week is the typical work schedule.
