Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator at HIGHMILES TRUCK & TRAILER SERVICE LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. This position requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage various tasks effectively.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Candidates should have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work activities.
- Monitor the workloads and locations of personnel to optimize efficiency.
- Organize and maintain warehouse and operational areas.
- Perform various general office duties to support daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the upkeep of communication equipment to ensure effective operations.
- Coordinate the dispatch of personnel according to established schedules and work orders.
- Respond to emergency situations by dispatching personnel as needed.
- Follow up on any issues related to work orders to ensure resolution.
- Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Fast-paced work setting.
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
- Repetitive tasks are part of the daily routine.
- Ability to work under pressure is essential.
- Strong client focus and dedication to service.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
