Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mor Logistics Manitoba Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Accurately maintain and review time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Work Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records.
  • Personnel Management: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as required.
  • Logistics and Operations: Organize warehouse and work areas, maintain vehicle operator work records, and keep track of shipments.
  • Communication: Operate radio equipment, advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, and assist with maintenance of communications equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
