Position Summary: We are currently seeking a proficient Commissioning Agent to contribute to our projects, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction throughout the commissioning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive commissioning documentation to guide project execution.
  • Coordinate on-site activities and collaborate with trades, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Review Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and perform maintenance tasks as required.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders involved.

Essential Competencies: The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, a commitment to continuous learning, and a customer-focused approach. The ability to work effectively in a team and independently is crucial.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a recognized HVAC or refrigeration certification, an engineering degree, or relevant commissioning certification, along with 3-5 years of experience in mechanical services installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or engineering.

Additional Requirements: Flexibility in travel and working hours, safety training, punctuality, and a professional demeanor are essential for this role.
