About the Role

M2BC ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a skilled Courier Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, as well as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of items and services.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
