Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales growth plans to hit targets with new and established dealers
- Understand and communicate regulatory changes in the Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration markets
- Consistently engage in learning to establish a sound working knowledge of all product, programs, support material, and policies
- Travel to Noble Branches in Ontario to assist Distributor field sales team on sales calls
- Coordinate factory supported training events and conduct training for staff and dealers
- Coordinate communications with Marketing regarding model, program and pricing changes
- Monthly reporting with Rheem Sales Manager and Noble HVAC Senior Area Manager
- Minimum 5 years HVAC and/or sales experience with a proven growth record
- Strong Microsoft Office user: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is a strong asset
- Experience calling on dealers an asset
