About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Burlington Mall location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and meeting customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
