Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at CIRCLE K. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that our store is always well-stocked and clean.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and transparent.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that they are able to perform their duties to a high standard.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
