We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Westman Village at Mahogany Lake. As a key member of our Village Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to owners and guests, in a personalized and refined manner.
  • Offer special services as requested, including car rentals, taxi arrangements, reservations, and package receiving.
  • Assist with daily programs and events, and conduct detailed tours of the Village Centre as needed.
  • Support the management team in duties associated with the smooth operation of the Village Centre.
  • Participate in day-to-day tasks associated with our on-site retail and coffee shop.
  • Complete administrative duties as assigned.
  • Review pass-on documents at every shift to ensure full understanding of requests and timelines.
Requirements
  • A strong customer service philosophy, with a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  • 3-5 years of working experience at a significantly high customer service level, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • An outgoing and kind personality.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adjust to continually shifting priorities.
  • Consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion when dealing with owners, guests, and vendors.
  • Strong computer skills, including an expert working proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
