Job Title: Small Business Counsellor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Small Business Counsellor to join our team at SOUTH GRANVILLE BUSINESS COLLEGE. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to promote economic growth and development.
  • Supervise a team of professionals and support staff to ensure the successful delivery of programs and services.
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment, including venture capital sourcing and development.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including budgeting, financial management, and reporting.
  • Plan and develop projects to promote economic growth and development, including market research and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, business organizations, and other stakeholders to promote economic growth and development.
  • Provide advice and guidance to small business owners and entrepreneurs on business development, marketing, and finance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for economic growth and development.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote economic growth and development.
  • Ensure that all programs and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, economic development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
