Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mucho Burrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
