Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At FLAMING WOK, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately forecast ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
