Business Systems Integration Specialist

Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, the Business Systems Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in deploying our tailored Customer Relationship Management and Electronic Medical Records solutions at client locations. This involves engaging with clients to conduct gap analyses, providing user support, drafting system specifications, and collaborating with developers.

- Translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure clarity of requirements and assist end users in system implementation based on final analyses.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Manage system configurations effectively.
- Travel to the United States approximately 50% of the time and qualify for a TN USMCA Professionals Visa.
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in system implementations.
- Strong aptitude for business analysis and the design, development, deployment, and support of information systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player capable of establishing positive working relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction in a dynamic setting with shifting priorities.
- Understanding of clinical/medical protocols with demonstrated skills in business analysis and systems design.
- Proficiency in both French and English to communicate effectively with unilingual English-speaking colleagues.
