About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Trim Labourer to join our team at AtlantiCann Medical Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and trim horticultural crops to ensure optimal growth and quality
  • Assist in greenhouse cleaning and maintenance to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
  • Participate in hand harvesting and processing of vegetables and other crops
  • Train and prune trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth and fruit production
  • Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage to ensure prompt action is taken
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain optimal health and appearance
  • Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
