Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at RS DHALIWAL FOOD INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars, and keep records of food quantities used.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required. The position involves standing for extended periods and working under pressure.

Physical Demands:
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
