Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial databases
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to prepare and review financial reports and statements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts payable and receivable
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and French
