Job Description

Chemazone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, identifying and investigating compliance issues, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and investigate compliance issues to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure high performance
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for accounting and financial control
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for buying and selling of financial products
  • Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications
  • Authorize loan and credit applications to ensure financial stability
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Advise senior management on key business decisions
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve business objectives
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers
  • Manage cash to ensure financial stability
  • Variance analysis to ensure financial stability
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior management role
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
