Senior Manager Job Description

Chemazone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, evaluating performance, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
  • Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 people to achieve business objectives
  • Network and develop business relationships to promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services
  • Manage cash and perform variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
