Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Osmows Shawarma. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring seamless food preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, following our recipes and quality standards.
  • Food Handling and Safety: Handle and store food safely, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service, maintain a clean environment, and achieve our customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: 35 to 40 hours per week.
