Pharmacist Opportunity at Kelowna General Hospital

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pharmacist to join our team at Kelowna General Hospital. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in providing distribution pharmacy services, ensuring the efficient and accurate dispensing and compounding of medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret medication orders and assess prescriptions for therapeutic suitability
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals and patients for prescription clarification and problem resolution
  • Participate in medication use evaluation projects, medication safety initiatives, and clinical drug trials
