Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre. This role involves a variety of responsibilities focused on food preparation and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a range of meals, including complete dishes and individual servings.
  • Dietary Accommodations: Ensure that meals are prepared for guests with specific food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Specialized Meal Preparation: Work closely with dietitians or chefs to create meals tailored for patients.
  • Inventory Management: Order necessary supplies and maintain accurate records of food and equipment.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing buffets and banquets as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
