Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Cuisine Arya Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they are aware of quality control standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and manage inventory to minimize waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to maintain quality control standards.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy and odorous environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
